Wild Cards Disclaimer RE: 'Print Shop Pro for OS/2'

I will start by saying that I recently found on a file on a local board
(The Untouchables BBS) called 'Print Shop Pro for OS/2' (WC!PSPO*.ZIP).
Being a Wild Cards member as well as quite the OS/2 addict, I decided to
download this file (pausing only briefly to wonder why, as a WC member,
I had heard nothing about this release). As it turns out, this file was
NOT released by Wild Cards! The files don't even make up a valid program
(The 5 ZIPs which make up this program are repacks of one of the Print Shop
  for DOS disks).

We believe that this file, uploaded to The Untouchables BBS by Kracken was
simply an attempt by this individual at getting free credits in order to win
a contest being run by the Sysops of TUB. Due to the facts available to us
(1: Kracken was the uploader, 2: The file was found only on TUB,
3: The contest 4: Kracken being one of the two top ranked uploaders and
5: Kracken's questionable reputation to date) we have assumed that this fake
ware was put together and released by Kracken in order to enable him to win
the contest. Apparently Kracken claims that this was not his doing at all
but rather the work of one of the users uploading to TUB under his account(!).
We have no way to confirm if this is true or not.

Psyco (TUB Sysop) asked me to check in to other recent uploads by Kracken and
it turns out the the New Uploads directory was filled by other similarly
bogus releases, all uploaded by Kracken.

Such incredibly lame behaviour will not be tolerated by the WC! staff.
We are distributing this disclaimer to inform everyone that we had nothing
to do with this bogus release.
