           Well it certainly has been a wild month eh ?
           ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
     We were saddened to see that some loser took the time out to
     write a little 'shit attack' against ALF.
     But we are happy to know that only the successful breed enemies
     as well as friends.   Thanks for letting us know that we are a
     success by showing what a lame enemy you are !  We are in good
     company knowing that TRSI, LEGEND, SCUM, PHOENIX, PWA, NEXUS,
     and many other older groups have also been on the receiving end
     of childish 'group bashing'    We thank the author of that
     ALF bashing for putting us into that same elite league...
     We will not bother wasting this message to inform you how mistaken
     that lamer was about the 3DStudio release ALF issued last week.  It
     is suffice to say that he obviously didn't have access on Mirage
     and that the loser is not familiar at all with 3DStudio, how many
     programs there are that exist for it, and a thing called UPDATES.
     ALF released a number of major titles in the last thirty days
     and all were 100% clean cracks.  We even took the time to fix
     up some of the botched releases from some of the other groups
     who were in such a rush to release their new warez they forgot
     to thoroughly test their releases - so much for quality eh ?
     Unfortunately we did fuck up on the creation of our new review
     division of Alf.   In an effort to make Alf reviews easy and
     friendly to read we included an ANSIVIEW.EXE to help our fans
     read our reviews.  The damn thing had a virus in it.  For this
     we absolutely and humbly apologize.  As you can imagine the
     news of that virus came as a shock to our Games Reviewer who
     suddenly learned that his own system was infected - oh well
     I guess when we live by the sword we fall by the sword ahhaa
     So yes...  ALF is not perfect.  So what.   None of the major
     groups are perfect.   But at least we spend our time working
     to improve the pirate scene by spreading warez and not by
     wasting time trying to insult the other groups.
     ALF is also not involved in racing warez onto the scene just
     to say we are the first...  other groups have tried that and
     died once people learned that they were rushing unproven
     and uncracked warez onto the scene just to get it there
     first.   First is kewl only if it is done right...
     ALF would rather pick up the pieces that were unbroken or
     not thoroughly debugged and put the release out as 100% or
     even 110% functional.
     The future of ALF ?  We are still at work slaving away to
     get more and more releases onto the scene.  Everyday ALF
     acquires more distribution sites, couriers and friends
     who are helping to firmly establish ALF as one of the
     new generation of US pirate groups.   Slow and steady wins
     the race and ALF is here for the long ride....
     The sites that have been selected by ALF for our primary
     distribution are all BBS's that have been online for over
     five years and in some cases some have been online over
     ten years.
     Our selection of couriers is not rigid or built in stone
     as we are looking for maximum spread of warez - not just
     a few big name couriers.
     Our crackers are good and with each day more coders are
     looking at ALF as the group to join !   The reason is
     simple - they know that this is not a flash in the pan
     group - it will be around for years to come.  And we
     don't waste our time shitting on our coders when things
     fuck up - people are human and the protection schemes are
     not as simple or crude as some might think.  If our work
     makes it look simple - we thank you for the compliment.
     Our review division is new and although they seriously
     fucked up with that ansiview.exe problem, their articles
     still are some of the most informed and informative out
     there.
     Our PPE division is new and showing exceptional creativity
     that is helping to make PCB bulletin boards more customized
     and user friendly.
     So yes... we are not perfect.  We never said we were.  We
     are just a bunch of pirates banding together to try to
     produce a North American pirate association that we can
     all take pride and pleasure being a part of.  If anyone
     expects perfection than they will be seriously saddened
     in life because frankly dewds nothing is perfect - we all
     just do what we can - the best that we can...
     I will close this blatant piece of advertising with a simple
     greet to all the dewds on the scene who have been noticing
     the growth of Alf and our hard work.   Hopefully when you
     grow tired of the scene bashers, group bashers or other
     lamers out there that don't appreciate your pirating efforts
     you will give ALF a call and share with us your talents.
     But you don't have to rush to join - we will be here when
     you make your decision to make the switch - can you say the
     same level of confidence exist in your current group ?
     Live long and prosper and let's all remember that the pirate
     world only has two enemies :
      The software publishing world who seek to destroy us and
      the lamers who seek to insult the groups they cannot join!
