THIS PROGRAM LIKE ALL EXPERT PROGRAMS CAN HAVE PROBLEMS LOADING
INTO WINDOWS, IF YOU ARE RUNNING A WINDOWS SHELL SUCH AS NORTON
DESKTOP FOR WINDOWS.  TO AVOID THIS PROBLEM, GO TO YOUR
SYSTEM.INI FILE AND MODIFY THE LINE "SHELL=" SO THAT IT READS 
"SHELL=C:\WINDOWS\PROGMAN.INI" THEN AFTER YOU INSTALL THE
PROGRAM, THEN REPLACE YOUR INITAL "SHELL=" SYSTEM.INI STATMENT.
