         PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
         Victory at Sea will be the premier World War II
         Pacific theater product on the market due to its depth of
         play and innovative GameBookTM feature. In the grand
         strategic game players can direct the entire Pacific
         campaign at the task force level. When opposing forces
         come within range, players have the option to play out
         the engagement at the operational level.
         The GameBook is an on-line book comprised of
         World War II pictures and over 100,000 words of
         historical background text. By double clicking on game
         objects such as ships or geographical locations, players
         will find at their fingertips a wealth of information
         ranging from commander photographs and biographies
         to historical analysis. With additional access provided
         through the use of key word Hypertext linkage, menus,
         and dialog boxes, the GameBooklM will enhance the
         player's game experience by providing an interactive
         educational tool and a sense of historical perspective
         and realism.
          James F. Dunnigan is a well known figure in military
         affairs and in war gaming. Founder and former chief
         game designer for Strategic Publications, Inc., Dunnigan
         has created over 100 games and to date has published
         numerous books, all addressing military issues. His
         television appearances include a segment of Donahue
         and most recently a half hour question and answer
         session with Tom Brokaw addressing Iraqi aggression in
         the Gulf region.
