Gazelle Systems' Back-It 4 and Back-It 4 LAN currently includes
six different tape device drivers. This text file describes
each device driver and the hardware manufacturers' tape devices
supported. Hardware specific information required to configure
the device by the program BKUTIL is also described. We suggest
that you consult the tape manufacturer's documentation and look
at your hardware settings before running BKUTIL.

        Device name: AIWAQ80.GSD

Hardware information required to configure device:
             Data Transfer Rate 500K bps

        Device name: COLORADO.GSD

        Format: QIC 40

Manufacturers: Colorado Memory Systems, Tall Grass,
                                some Mountian drives.

Hardware information required to configure device:

Often these drives have a 120 MB on the
face plate. If you look on the back or
top of the drive you will see a white label.
If this label states that the F.W. (Firmware)
revision is 40 or higher this is the correct
                                driver for your system.
