UNINSTALL INSTRUCTIONS

At this time there is no automated uninstall facility for this software. However, it is straightforward to completely remove the software yourself. There are three parts to the process.

[1] Delete the folder in which you installed DiscMaid.
If you can't recall the location you selected
when it was installed, use the Start Menu's
"Find" utility and look for DISCMAID.EXE.

[2] Remove any shortcuts from your desktop and/or
Start menu. If you selected a Start Menu
location when installing but can't now recall
where it is, there's no easy way - you'll
just need to browse; Start Menu > Taskbar >
    Start Menu Programs > Remove.

[3] Remove Registry entries. There is no real need
to remove these, but I always think it's good
to be tidy. In your Windows folder you'll find
    an Explorer-type utility called REGEDIT.EXE;
there are two (or three) root folders from
which you'll need to delete entries.

In the folder HKEY_CURRENT_USER select the
folder SOFTWARE then the folder RADIOSHOP. If
DiscMaid is the only MAIDinNZ or radiOshop
application you have installed, you can remove
    the entire RADIOSHOP folder.

In the folder HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE select the
folder SOFTWARE then the folder RADIOSHOP. If
DiscMaid is the only MAIDinNZ or radiOshop
application you have installed, you can remove
    the entire RADIOSHOP folder.

If you computer has more than one current
profile, you will need to remove the
    SOFTWARE/RADIOSHOP/DiscMaid folders from each
of the profile folders you'll find in the
    root folder HKEY_USERS.

Please take the greatest care in making the Registry deletions. This is the
heart of your Windows installation, and inadvertantly deleting a critical
entry can have dire results. It is, however, completely safe to remove the
specific folders indicated.

Future versions of this software will be integrated into Windows' automatic uninstall facility.
