* Bounty Fighter v0.69 (2000)(William Shirley) [Action].zip - Wants to be in c:\bfighter\.  One of the first lines in the source code is where to change this, so I'm just making a note about it here instead of generated a [f1] version of the game with modified source.
* Digger Remastered (2000)(Andrew Jenner) [Action].zip - Same .exe file as the 2001 version, but the .txt file has been heavily modified.
* Dragonball Z - Millennium (2000)(Anonymous) [Arcade].zip - Fanmade game that uses MUGEN.  Under DOS(box), the long filenames are truncated and some players may not load.
* Fibs & Brags in Outer Space! (2000)(Pastor Arts) [Action, Adventure].zip - wants lots of memory, memsize=63 works in DOSBox
* Out 'M Up (2000)(PPPTeam) [Action].zip - Need cycles=max, also very sensitive to sound blaster settings in DOSBox - they *must* match the config created first run, or the game will freeze
* Out 'M Up (Final) (2000)(PPPTeam) [Action].zip - See note above
* Wicked Dream 1 [SW] (2000)(Acord Games) [Action].zip - the file z09.com may trigger a virus/trojan alert.  don't worry, it is harmless.  it just makes a sound through the PC speaker.
* Zoom 1 3D [SW] (2000)(Acord Games) [Action].zip - Very similar to Zoom 1, also from 2000.  The font and title menu are different.  Both are called Zoom 1 though, so I don't know where the "3D" part came from.

* Digger Remastered [a1] (2001)(Andrew Jenner) [Action].zip - More doc differences compared to non a1.  Andrew was very busy with documentation at this time.
* Noctis v3.1 (2001)(Home Sweet Pixel) [Adventure, Simulation].zip - use the noctice.exe in the modules folder to launch in DOS/DOSBox.
* Noctis v3.1 [a1] (2001)(Home Sweet Pixel) [Adventure, Simulation].zip - not really sure where the version number came from on these two, but the main .exe files are indeed different.  
* Space Quest- The Lost Chapter [a1] (2001)(Vonster D Monster) [Adventure].zip - Has the "stack blown" patch.  I swear there was an actual version # available somewhere in the game, but I can't find it now, so [a1] it is.

=== 2002 ===
* Super Mario QB v.15 (2002)(Dark Flare Software) [Action].zip - all I get in dosbox is a blank screen and clicking sound.
* Zonker [SW][b1] (2002)(WHS) [Action].zip - Game appears to check the date and is "expired".

=== 2003 ===
* Robot Robbery v0.99 (2003)(KeiProductions) [Action].zip - when it asks for the data files, just type in (no quotes) ".\" so it will look in the current folder.  why it doesn't do this automatically is silly.
* Robot Rumble demo (2003)(Quantum) [Action].zip - Appears to use windows to support sound/Music.  Crashes dosbox if sound is turned on.

=== 2007 ===
* Ghost of the Fireflies v1.01s [a1] (2007)(Paul Allen Panks) [Adventure, Interactive Fiction].zip - Later release, but same version number.  Has some typos fixed and a few new features.

=== 2009 ===
* Snake512 (2009)(Julian Salazar) [Action].zip - needs cputype=386 in DOSBox.
