This is a game similar to TARG in the arcades.  You drive your tank around,
and if it moves, shoot it.  There are special blocks in each board that give
you stuff to either increase the performance of your tank, or help you destroy
the bad guys.  The display on the right of the screen shows (unless you beat
it) my high score, your score, your level, your lives, and your wipe'em out
cloud bombs.  At the end of the level, it adds us the points from the ? blocks
that you picked up during the board, and multiplies those points by the number
of Wipe'em out cloud bombs you have left.  (Up to 250,000+).  During game play
you may see the following kinds of blocks appear when you shoot a block or a
certain kind of enemy.  

? - 	This is just purely for points at the end of the board (Should you make 
	it that far). 
	
A - 	Apocalypse Now Bomb - Your mother ship flies over and drops a heavy 
	duty bomb to wipe out all enemies on the screen.  (If only it played 
	Flight of the Valkyrie when this happened!).  

S -	Since you have a long way to go, we'll recharge you box.  Fills up you 
	energy tank (life).  
	
C - 	Come on and Freeze the enemies please box.  Enemies can't move or shoot 
	at you for a period of time.  Just perfect to go and wipe them out.  
	
P - 	Please give me more fire Power box.  If you get enough of these, your 
	laser gets upgraded to one that kills faster.  
	
1UP - 	If you get 7 of these I guess you have 1UP.  (Extra Man).  

I purposely left out one of the boxes on the right of the screen.  It is a box 
with a lot of little yellow dashes in it.  This is the number of enemies that 
you have left to kill before the end of the board box.  It also doubles as the 
number of hits left on the boss at the end of the board counter.  When you get 
to the BIG boss at the end of the game, it is completely full..  

Some friendly hints here.  HIDE..  Shoot anything that comes by.  Get any cheat 
that you can find for this game, as without it, it is impossible.  I got just 
over 32 million on it.  It has 48 boards, 8 bosses, and some of the best 
animation I have seen since an Ultima game.  You can shoot the bad guys bullets 
and kill them.  There is one little critter who looks like a magnet who tosses 
bombs at you, and even though you shoot them, if you are close enough to get 
hit by the explosion, you can still get killed.  These guy need to be killed 
at LONG range. Be sure to look for the boxes, as you'll need them.  Just think 
of Flight of the Valkyrie when you hit the A box, and the ship drops the big bomb..
